  1. If you want to register as a student, you must provide the Name and the E-mail address of your current adviser for verification purpose via on-line registration system.

  2. Please make sure that we have your correct contact information when you register with us through our on-line registration form.


  • During the registration process you will need to provide your credit card information. So please have this information available during registration. Should an error occur during registration, you may need to try another credit card or contact your bank (See below).
 Confirmation of Registration
  • A confirmation of registration will be sent to you automatically via e-mail upon receipt of your completed registration form and the full payment.
 Payment for On-line Registration
  • Only payment via Credit Card (Visa, Master and JCB Card) is accepted.
  • Registration fees paid by credit card will be converted into New Taiwan Dollars.
  • 3D-secure verification is a function your card must have for payment. Please check with your bank and ask about 3D-secure verification if you encounter difficulty in credit card authorization.

  • Main Meeting delegates are entitled to
    1. Admission to Main Meeting, Opening Ceremony, Coffee Break
    2. Conference kit
  • Accompanying persons are entitled to admission to Paid Banquet or Tours

 Cancellation and Refund Policy

*Please notice that the cancellation date by June 30, 2010.*

  • To cancel your registration, please send an email to apcv2010@ntu.edu.tw
    All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted by email. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.

  • The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:

    1. Before June 30, 2010, 50% refund with deducted charges incurred during remittance or transfer, including bank commission, exchange rate differences, bank transaction fee and all related expenses will be credited back to your credit card account within four weeks AFTER the conference.
    2. After July 1, 2010, no refund is applicable.

*Refund requests will not be accepted and processed on site at the conference. *

In addition, please make sure you understand our cancellation policy before submitting your purchase.


  • Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
